Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets and asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle the oil mixture over everything.
